i don’t take commissions very often so i will probably only take a few of these.

you must be 18+
i may decline your commission at any point before payment has been discussed and sent
i retain full ownership of my work
if you share the art work you must credit me
my art cannot be used for commercial means without specific negotiation for those rights
you may not alter my work or remove my signature without permission outside of cropping the image for use in icons/banners
mass reproduction of my work for personal or commercial use is prohibited without my permission. printing it at home for yourself is fine.
you may not use my work or any part of it for any AI or blockchain technology, including but not limited to generative AI and NFTs.
revisions
after i send you a sketch for approval, you may request reasonable revisions to ensure i properly portray the character(s). these revisions are intended for small things like errors with wardrobe or facial features. revisions that require me to redraw the pose or other large alterations may result in extra fees.
after i send the final image, you may request one round of reasonable revisions (such as altering the color of something or tweaking an expression). larger revisions or multiple rounds of revisions may result in extra fees.
payment
i take payment via paypal but may be able to set up stripe if needed.
payment may be made in full or in two halves
i will not begin the commission until i have received at least 50% of the payment.
i will not share the full finished piece until i have received the full payment, but you may request a cropped preview to confirm that the art has been finished.
for half installment payments:
black & white and simple color commissions: i will request the 2nd payment after i have finished the piece.
painted portraits and full paintings: i will request the 2nd payment after i have completed the under painting but before i start the final render.
deadlines
my most likely time period to complete a commission is 1-2 months, but some commissions may take between 1-6 months after payment is made to be finished.
