Midi Skirt Size Chart

How to find your best fit:

These super stretchy and comfortable skirts can fit a wide variety of bodies, so when determining your best fit, the most important things to know are whether you plan to wear the skirt at your waist or your hips (or elsewhere) and then to know your own preferences about tightness/constriction in clothing.

As shown above, we typically style these skirts to be worn at the natural waist, but you may prefer to wear yours at your hips or under bust. If that is the case, in lieu of measuring the circumference of your waist, compare the measurement for the desired placement of the waistband against the “waistband” measurement.

The measurements given below are a suggested comfort guide for most of our customers: the upper number has had a couple inches shaved off for comfort (as fully stretched elastic is not comfortable to wear for long periods of time for most people) and the lower number represents the elastic almost at rest, with just a slight amount of tension applied to prevent the waistband from sliding down unprovoked.

The intention is that someone with a 28” waist with an average tolerance for elastic will still find the size S-M skirt comfortable even tho they are at the upper limit of the size and someone with a 28” waist who hates any sort of constriction from a waistband at all will be able to wear a size L-XL, though they won’t be able to place heavy items in the pockets.
